    Humacao es una ciudad autónoma y municipio en la región de la costa Este perteneciente al estado libre asociado de Puerto Rico. Fue fundado en abril de 1722 y sus cognomentos son “La Ciudad Gris”, “La Perla del Oriente”, “Capital del este” y “Los Roe Huesos”.
