    On November 27, 2022 Valley Police Department, under a legal bench warrant issued by Circuit Judge Calvin Milford, arrested an 82 year old woman for failure to appear in court after all other documented and legally required attempts (via USPS and personal contact as well as a duly served court summons) to collect or arrange payment of approximately 6 months of unpaid trash bills went ignored by her and her adult children who were also legal residents of the home.[7]
